ABOUT THE BOOK

A framework, not a formula.

A framework, not a formula.

The Framework is an upmarket nonfiction work exploring the lifelong practice of increasing congruence—the alignment of what we believe, what we feel, what we say, what we do, and how we love.

Organized around six recurring movements—
Threshold, Surrender, Awaken, Reclaim, Become, and Return—
it presents transformation as a lifelong practice rather than a destination.
